Who this matters to
Firms that send invoices, fee notes or payment details by email. A fake email showing your exact address is one way invoice fraud starts. This setting lets inboxes junk emails that fake your address. It does not stop look-alike addresses or a hacked mailbox.
Price
Set up and watched (our pick for firms that send invoices by email): €390 + €49 a month, 12-month minimum, first 12 months €978.
Every month we read the reports email services send about your domain, and tell you in plain words what they show.
Setup only: €590, no monthly fee.
Done for you once, with a log of every change. The email-protection tools we checked are sold by subscription. The cheapest paid plan of one costs €35.99 a month before tax, billed yearly (€431.88 a year before tax, seen 16 October 2026). This setup has no monthly reports; you can add our watch later at €49 a month, cancel any month.
Fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts. No VAT is added: the price shown is what you pay.

What happens after 'yes'
- Within 2 business days Layla emails the fix plan: what we change, the price, the order form; no call needed.
- You pay the setup when you order, and the watch, if you choose it, monthly. You give us access to your domain settings and the list of tools that send email for you.
- We set it up and test for 30 days; once the reports show your real email passes, we switch protection on. Every change is logged and can be undone.
Doing it in-house
Step 1: add a DMARC record in report-only mode (p=none), with the reports sent to an address you own. Nothing changes for your email yet.
Step 2: read the reports for about 30 days, until every tool that sends email for you passes.
Step 3: only then tell inboxes to junk fakes (p=quarantine). Later, ask them to refuse fakes (p=reject), but only if every tool signs with DKIM and your team does not post to mailing lists. Keep a copy of each record so you can put it back.
