Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 1 November 2026. If something on this site doesn't work for you, email hello@zamerio.com.

1. Our commitment

Zamerio Limited wants everyone to be able to use zamerio.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or high-contrast settings. This statement covers every page on zamerio.com.

2. The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. EN 301 549 (version 3.2.1) sets WCAG 2.1 level AA as its requirement for web pages; WCAG 2.2 is the newer version of the same guidelines.

3. How far we meet it

We believe the site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We say “partially” because automated tests can only find some kinds of problem, and we have not yet tested the site with a screen reader, had it tested by disabled users or had a full manual audit.

Before we publish a change, every page must pass these checks, in both light and dark mode:

  • axe-core automated tests for WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA, with no serious or critical issues;
  • Google Lighthouse accessibility audit;
  • layout checks at many screen widths, so content reflows without sideways scrolling on small screens.

On 1 November 2026 we also tested every page with the keyboard alone. A script pressed the keys in a browser (Playwright with Chromium) at 1280 and 375 pixels wide, in light and dark mode, and checked that:

  • every link, button and form field can be reached with Tab, in reading order, and in reverse with Shift+Tab;
  • each one shows a visible focus style and is never fully hidden under the sticky header;
  • the “Skip to main content” link appears first and works;
  • focus never gets stuck: menus open with Enter or Space and close with Escape, and the dark mode button and expandable answers both work from the keyboard;
  • every form field has a label, and sending an empty form lists the problems with a link to each field;
  • pages reflow without sideways scrolling at 200% and 400% zoom;
  • nothing animates when your device is set to reduce motion.

4. Known problems

On 1 November 2026 we knew of no content on this site that fails WCAG 2.2 AA.

We have not yet tested the site with screen readers or other assistive technology by hand, and the keyboard test ran in one browser engine (Chromium). In that test we judged the focus marks by eye on screenshots; we did not measure their colour contrast. If you find a problem, please tell us and we will fix it.

5. How we prepared this statement

We prepared this statement on 1 November 2026 from our own assessment (a self-assessment), using the automated checks and the keyboard test above. We review it whenever the site changes in a significant way.

Want the same checks on your own site? See accessibility audit & fixes.

6. Feedback and contact

If you can't use part of this site, find an accessibility problem, or need content in another format, email hello@zamerio.com. Tell us the page address and what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.

7. If you are not happy with our reply

In Ireland the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is the market surveillance authority for e-commerce services under the European Accessibility Act (ccpc.ie). As a microenterprise providing services we are outside the Act's scope, so we publish this statement by choice. We'd like the chance to fix the problem first.
