- A small change is one request that takes us up to 30 minutes: new text, photos, prices, menu items, a team member, an FAQ. Opening and holiday hours never count. Unused changes don't roll over. New pages or features get a fixed quote first.
- Pay a year upfront and get 2 months free.
- Cancel any month: your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid. We don't refund the current month or a prepaid year that has started.

Questions before you start
Do I own the website?
Yes, once it's paid in full: the designs, code and documents we made for you. The domain and accounts are in your name from the start.
What if I don't like the preview?
Then you don't pay. One round of changes is included: tell us what to change and we send a new version. Requests outside the plan are quoted in writing first.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, a monthly report and support by email or message. Plus up to 2, 4 or 8 small changes a month, by plan. Can I cancel?
Yes. One Page has a 12-month minimum term. Local Business and Growth cancel any month. Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid; we don't refund the current month or a prepaid year that has started. Your domain and accounts stay yours.
Can you build an online shop?
No. We link the booking and ordering tools you already use. We don't build shops or checkouts.
Will this put me at the top of Google?
